With over 17 years of experience as a Yoga Teacher and Therapist, Teagan inspires and educates women around the world how to change and transform their lives.
As an international teacher, she has taught in Australia, New Zealand, Peru, and Mexico and have assisted thousands of women to find inner peace through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, therapy and ancient womens wisdom.
As a Coach and Therapist, she pioneered a wholistic approach that assists people to transform their lives, using Yoga Therapy and Somatic Psychotherapy. This work has been recognised for assisting and affecting positive change in hundreds of people particularly those who suffer from anxiety and depression disorders. In 2016, Teagan trained and qualified as a Rapid Transformational Therapist with Marisa Peer (a world renowned Hypnotherapist)

I’m a lot like you. I suffered from anxiety and depression for 25 years. Like many of us, I came from a dysfunctional family. My mother was an alcoholic and I was bullied at home and at school. Any kind of confidence I may have had as a small child got knocked out of me by the time I was 7.
I tried everything; counselling, healing & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I went to a Psychologist and read every book under the sun.Over the years I spent thousands of dollars trying to sort myself out.
All I wanted was to feel good about myself. I wanted to wake up and feel confident and like who I was. I didn’t want to hear that voice in my head that was always telling me that I wasn’t attractive enough, smart enough, funny enough. I didn’t want to second guess myself in my relationships and freak out that the man I was seeing was going to leave me for someone else.
I became frustrated with going to therapy for weeks and weeks and not really getting anywhere. I just seemed to go over the same stories over and over. I knew there had to be another way- a faster way to heal this, however as time went on I started to think that I was always going to feel this way.
Even though I was suffering, I was determined to change my experience. I became a Yoga Teacher and a meditator and became a Life Coach with a foundation in Somatic Psychotherapy.
I became fascinated by the mind and how it influences our experience. I came to understand that depression is not a chemical imbalance, it comes from harsh self criticism and it also comes from not living your hearts desire. It also has its foundation in the belief that ‘I am not enough.’
Through yoga, meditation, somatic psychotherapy and mindfulness practices, I rewired my subconscious mind to change the way I think about myself. My spiritual journey profoundly changed my life also as I came to connect with a deep feeling of peace and love within my being. My depression lifted and disappeared for good. My journey inspired me to want to help others.
In 2003 I was offered a job as a Therapist for an organisation in Melbourne working with long term unemployed clients who couldn’t work because of anxiety and depression. For 5 years I had a full-client load.
I had such brilliant results with my clients that the Department of Employment came to see me to ask what I was doing. They were blown away by the results I was getting.
Even with all of my success, I still felt that there must be another tool that could cut through to the subconscious mind quicker than the way I was working with my clients.
Last year I found what I was looking for. I trained with one of the worlds leading Hypnotherapists Marisa Peer in a technique called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
RTT incorporates the most effective components of Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and Psychotherapy. It is the most powerful tool I have ever worked with and I am seeing phenomenal results with my clients.
In my early years, I tried hypnotherapy and it didn’t seem to work. Fluffing around with guided visualisations was not my thing. I was sceptical. But RTT doesn’t muck around with fluff and it works.
Over the past 6 months I have only been using RTT with my clients.
Just today, I heard from a client who before seeing me, was in therapy for years and was feeling frustrated by the fact that she was still feeling anxious and depressed.
She just shared with me that she was absolutely blown away after our first session together. She feels completely different and is shocked by the change.
